Van Sales Rep (Snacks & Confectionery) – Experienced

This beverage distributor needs a rep in Pretoria East who knows the shops, the owners and the numbers. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

This post is Pretoria East-based, with most of your time spent at a beverage distributor.

• Take orders from store managers and spaza owners on the sales app.
• Open new accounts with taverns, spazas and independent retailers.
• Handle returns and credit claims for damaged stock.
• Log kilometres and fuel slips for the monthly claim.
• Run in-store tastings and demos on month-end weekends.
• Visit 8 to 15 outlets a day on a planned call cycle.

• You know the townships, suburbs and main roads of your area
• Matric
• Physically able to lift cases and pack shelves
• A valid Code 08 (Code B) driver's licence, for rep roles
• 1 to 3 years of FMCG, merchandising or route sales experience
• Comfortable with a smartphone sales app and WhatsApp reporting

• Monthly commission on volume and new accounts
• Product samples and staff pricing
• Branded uniform and safety boots
