Warehouse Packer (Seasonal Peak) – Fixed-Term

Pick it right, pack it neat, send it out: that's the job at a pharmaceutical warehouse in Bellville. It suits someone who likes knowing exactly what a good day's work looks like.

You'll be based at a pharmaceutical warehouse in Bellville. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps. Start is planned for the beginning of next month.

• Report damaged, short or expired items to the shift supervisor
• Count stock during weekly cycle counts and month-end stock takes
• Unpack returned parcels and sort them into resell or write-off
• Replenish empty pick faces from overstock racking
• Label boxes with the correct waybill and route sticker
• Pack cartons, add fillers and seal them with tape guns

• Happy to work shifts, weekends and public holidays in peak season
• You're fit enough to lift boxes up to 25kg all shift
• Punctual, with reliable transport home after late shifts
• Clean criminal record (most warehouses run a check)
• Grade 10 or higher; matric preferred

• Overtime paid at time-and-a-half on weekdays
• Permanent appointment for reliable temps after peak season
• Safety boots, overalls and freezer jackets supplied

• Say clearly that you can work nights and weekends. Peak-season hiring goes to people who are available.
