Warranty Clerk (Dealership) – Experienced

You'll be the link between customers and the workshop at the truck and bus dealership in Sasolburg. Expect to be trusted with real work from your first week.

The site is in Sasolburg; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying. Weekend work is on a roster, so you won't be on every weekend.

• Book in vehicles, walk around with the customer and note existing damage
• Invoice completed jobs and explain the invoice at collection
• Handle complaints calmly and find a fix with the workshop manager
• Load bookings in the dealer management system
• Count stock during cycle counts and year-end stocktake
• Submit warranty claims with photos and technician reports

• Good working knowledge of car parts and basic vehicle systems
• At least 2 years as a service advisor, parts interpreter or in a similar counter role
• Accurate when capturing part numbers and prices
• Matric, plus a motor industry background

• Commission on parts sales or workshop turnover
• Paid brand training
• Monthly CSI bonus for customer ratings
