Job Description

Home base is a hospitality group on the Middelburg (MP) side of Mpumalanga.

What your day looks like

Submit Compensation Fund returns of earnings
Process garnishee orders and third-party deductions
Release the salary bank file for authorisation
Run weekly and monthly payrolls and check the variance reports
Import clock-card data and check overtime against approved hours
Capture new hires, terminations, increases and deductions before cut-off

Must-haves

Reliable with deadlines that cannot move
At least 2 years of full-function payroll
You keep salary information private under POPIA
Comfortable with Excel reconciliations

Nice if you have

SAPP registration as a Payroll Practitioner
Knowledge of employment equity and WSP reporting
Experience with medical aid and pension fund reconciliations
