Job Description

Good factory hands stay for years, and this soft drink bottling plant in Sandton trains from day one. If you turn up on time and finish what you start, you'll fit in quickly.

This post is in Sandton (Gauteng). Please only apply if you can travel there daily. Overtime comes up in peak season and is paid.

What your day looks like

Follow lock-out procedures when helping with cleaning inside machines
Clean down machines and floors at the end of each run
Hand over at shift change with notes on rejects and stoppages
Wear hairnets, beard covers and gloves in food-safe zones
Weigh ingredients or additives against the recipe card

You'll need

Available for rotating day and night shifts
Grade 10 minimum, matric an advantage
Basic reading and counting for batch sheets
You follow hygiene rules without being reminded
Neat, reliable and on time for shift start
No problem wearing full PPE, including ear protection

Nice if you have

Some basic first-aid training
Experience assisting on a packaging or filling machine

On offer
