Job Description

Customers bring their problems to your counter at an insurance branch in Middelburg (MP), and leave with answers. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

Home base is an insurance branch on the Middelburg (MP) side of Mpumalanga. The first two weeks are spent shadowing someone experienced.

The work, day to day

Log complaints and pass them to the store or branch manager.
Book repairs and warranty claims and give customers a reference number.
Do SIM swaps and RICA registrations with proper ID checks.
Track parcels, reissue waybills and arrange redelivery at the counter.
Call customers when repairs or orders are ready to collect.

You'll need

Presentable and approachable with all kinds of customers
Accurate with cash and paperwork
Good on a computer and point-of-sale system
Matric (Grade 12) certificate
