Job Description

The road is your office with a fuel distribution fleet based in Pinetown, and the load gets there because of you. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

This post is in Pinetown (KwaZulu-Natal). Please only apply if you can travel there daily. Start date: as soon as possible for the right person.

What your day looks like

Keep the cab clean and report defects at the end of each trip
Follow hazchem rules, placards and emergency procedures on tanker loads
Complete border paperwork at Beitbridge, Lebombo or other posts
Check the load is secured, strapped or sealed before leaving the depot
Report breakdowns, delays and incidents to the controller immediately

Must-haves

Medically fit, including eyesight
Valid Code 14 (EC) licence
Clean driving record with no serious accidents
Able to be away from home for several nights at a time
At least 3 years on Code 14 trucks
