Job Description

If you like people and hate long queues, this furniture retail branch in Ermelo suits you. People who do well here are steady, honest and not scared to ask when something is unclear.

Home base is a furniture retail branch on the Ermelo side of Mpumalanga. Start is planned for the beginning of next month.

What you'll actually do

Track parcels, reissue waybills and arrange redelivery at the counter.
Call customers when repairs or orders are ready to collect.
Upsell contract upgrades, accessories or cover when it fits the customer.
Greet customers, find out what they need and manage the queue ticket system.
Log complaints and pass them to the store or branch manager.

What you need

Retail hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and month-end
Accurate with cash and paperwork
You can stay polite with a long queue watching
Matric (Grade 12) certificate
Good on a computer and point-of-sale system
