IT Helpdesk Agent (Night Shift) – Fixed-Term

You'll be the person who fixes it when laptops, printers and logins break at a corporate head office in Gqeberha. Good for someone who wants to build a solid track record they can put on their CV.

This post is Gqeberha-based, with most of your time spent at a corporate head office.

• Escalate network and server faults to second or third line with good notes
• Install and configure printers, scanners and docking stations
• Image, set up and hand over new laptops and desktops
• Write short how-to guides for common user problems
• Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams and OneDrive problems for users
• Replace faulty hardware and log warranty claims with suppliers

• At least 1 year of help desk or desktop support (not needed for intern posts)
• Patient and friendly with non-technical users
• Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft 365
• Code B driver's licence and own car for field posts

• ITIL Foundation
• Experience supporting point-of-sale or medical devices

• Paid certification exams after probation
• Company laptop and cellphone
• Clear path to second-line and systems roles

• Be ready for a practical test on a real laptop or a phone troubleshooting role-play.
• List your certifications right under your name; A+ and ITIL are common keyword filters.
