Job Description

Patch, monitor, back up and harden systems at an internet service provider in Rustenburg. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

What you'll actually do

Handle access requests and keep records that support POPIA compliance
Apply monthly patches to servers and network devices
Plan hardware refreshes and licence renewals with a budget
Manage users, groups and conditional access in Entra ID
Document network diagrams and change records

What you need

Clear change management and documentation habits
Willing to do standby and after-hours maintenance
Strong Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 skills, or Linux for Linux posts
Solid TCP/IP, routing, switching and firewall knowledge
At least 3 years in systems, network or cloud administration
Degree or diploma in IT, plus relevant certifications
