Outbound Insurance Sales Agent (Commission Plus Basic)

You'll sell cover that families really use, from a funeral cover call centre in Bloemfontein. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

The work is in Bloemfontein, Free State, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day. Overtime comes up in peak season and is paid.

• Capture new policies on the admin system and check debit order details.
• Follow up on quotes sent and chase missing documents.
• Track daily sales, conversions and lapse rates on the team board.
• Keep your record of advice complete for compliance audits.
• Visit clients at home or work for field advice appointments.
• Treat clients fairly under TCF rules and never oversell.

• Credits toward a recognised FSCA qualification, or willing to start
• Six months or more of sales, telesales or call centre work
• You are comfortable earning a large part of your pay in commission
• FAIS fit and proper: clean credit and criminal record

• Completed class of business training for short-term or long-term insurance
• A qualification such as a Higher Certificate in Financial Planning
• Your own car for field appointments
