Returns & Exchanges Desk Clerk (Retail) – Permanent

Customers bring their problems to your counter at a mall cellular store in Sasolburg, and leave with answers. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

You'll report in Sasolburg. Relocation is not covered for this one. Start is planned for the beginning of next month.

• Greet customers, find out what they need and manage the queue ticket system.
• Do SIM swaps and RICA registrations with proper ID checks.
• Update customer details and file signed forms for audit.
• Upsell contract upgrades, accessories or cover when it fits the customer.
• Track parcels, reissue waybills and arrange redelivery at the counter.
• Log complaints and pass them to the store or branch manager.

• Matric (Grade 12) certificate
• Accurate with cash and paperwork
• Retail or customer service experience of at least a year
• You can stay polite with a long queue watching

• A Customer Service NQF certificate
• Speaking the main local language of your area
• RICA and cellular product knowledge
