Returns & Exchanges Desk Clerk (Retail)

Customers bring their problems to your counter at a courier depot counter in White River, and leave with answers. It suits someone who likes knowing exactly what a good day's work looks like.

You'll report in White River. Relocation is not covered for this one.

• Greet customers, find out what they need and manage the queue ticket system.
• Book repairs and warranty claims and give customers a reference number.
• Call customers when repairs or orders are ready to collect.
• Track parcels, reissue waybills and arrange redelivery at the counter.
• Process returns, exchanges and credit notes under the Consumer Protection Act.
• Take payments, balance your till and bank cash at close.
• Update customer details and file signed forms for audit.
