Job Description

Good hires change teams, and at this temporary employment service in Boksburg you'll make them happen. If you turn up on time and finish what you start, you'll fit in quickly.

You'll report in Boksburg. Relocation is not covered for this one. Start is planned for the beginning of next month.

The work, day to day

Take detailed job briefs from hiring managers and clients.
Report on time-to-fill, pipeline and placement figures each week.
Source candidates through search, referrals and your own database.
Run group assessments for volume intakes of 30 to 100 people.
Give every shortlisted candidate feedback, including those who did not get the job.
Negotiate offers and prepare offer letters.
Book interviews, assessments and background checks.

You'll need

A diploma or degree in HR or a related field, or strong agency experience
Confident on the phone with candidates and managers
Comfortable with targets for agency roles
Skilled at LinkedIn search and job board databases
At least 1 year of recruitment, sourcing or recruitment admin
Honest about salaries, deadlines and outcomes
