Store Assistant (Night Fill)

Night fill, weekends or month-end rush, a hardware and building store in Brackenfell needs extra hands. If you turn up on time and finish what you start, you'll fit in quickly.

This post is Brackenfell-based, with most of your time spent at a hardware and building store. There's a probation period of three months before the contract is confirmed.

• Face products so labels point forward and gaps are filled
• Put up price tickets and promotion shelf strips
• Help customers find products and carry heavy items to cars
• Unpack deliveries in the receiving area and sort by aisle
• Collect trolleys from the parking lot
• Pack shelves from the back, rotating older stock to the front (first in, first out)

• Neat appearance and punctual
• Grade 10 or matric
• Able to stand and lift cases all shift
• Basic reading and maths for price checks

• Travel allowance on merchandising routes
• Chance to move into till or department roles
