Job Description

This call centre group in Montague Gardens needs a recruiter who can read a CV fast and a person faster. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

Home base is a call centre group on the Montague Gardens side of Western Cape. The first two weeks are spent shadowing someone experienced.

What you'll actually do

Run group assessments for volume intakes of 30 to 100 people.
Source candidates through search, referrals and your own database.
Give every shortlisted candidate feedback, including those who did not get the job.
Handle candidate data in line with POPIA, including consent and deletion.
Report on time-to-fill, pipeline and placement figures each week.
Write clear, honest job ads and post them on job boards and LinkedIn.

What you need

Honest about salaries, deadlines and outcomes
At least 1 year of recruitment, sourcing or recruitment admin
Organised enough to run 15 or more vacancies at once
Confident on the phone with candidates and managers
A diploma or degree in HR or a related field, or strong agency experience

Helpful, not essential

A niche market such as IT, nursing or engineering
Knowledge of employment equity targets when shortlisting
